Congratulations on your decision to enroll on one of our life-affirming programs!
Because many of our programs take place in the wilderness, and because we design our programs to meet the needs of the specific individuals who enroll in them, there are several stages to our registration process.
First, Submit the Pre-Registration form at the bottom of this page.
Next, Pay your Program Deposit or submit a financial aid request (click here to download our Financial Aid form). Please note that our first round of summer Financial Aid Applications are due on or before April 1st (applying on or before April 1st will maximize the chance that you or your child will be awarded a scholarship). On every program page you will find a listed deposit amount, they range from $250 to $400. You may pay your deposit by credit card over the phone or by check through the mail. If you choose to pay by check, please indicate in the memo line the participant’s name and program and make the check out to:

Credit card payment may be made by calling (425) 485.7396 Monday through Friday during regular office hours. Your spot is now reserved.
Lastly, Complete our Registration Packet. Upon receipt of your pre-registration and deposit payment, you will be emailed a complete registration packet with instructions. This information will be due back to us in one month or at least 2 weeks before your program beginning (failure to turn this item in on time may result in the sale of your position to a person on our wait list). Specific due dates will be mentioned within the registration packet, please take note of these.
After we have read through your completed registration materials we will contact you to confirm your participation and follow up with questions that we may have about you. Throughout this process please feel free to email or call the office with your questions.
Deposit, Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policies:
Journeys is committed to creating a safe and meaningful program for each and every participant that comes through our programs. We occasionally DO deny the admission of someone whom we believe will not be able to safely meet the demands of our programs. Also, we occasionally do expel participants that severely disrupt the safety or value of our programs. Participants who are denied admission are able to receive all but $50 of their deposit (as well as any additional tuition payment) while expelled participants will not be able to claim a refund on payment or deposit.
Payment Policy: Full payment for all courses is due one month before the program start date. Please take note of the exact due date in your registration packet. Registrations made within 30 days of the program will require payment in full at the time of registration. Special circumstances do apply to participants who will receive Financial Aid.
Cancellation Policy: This policy is based on the investments required to prepare for your participation in our programs. When a participant cancels we are unable to recover our expenses (in staff, food, gear, etc.). If you cancel your participation for any reason the following policies will apply:

30 or more days before the start of your program; You will receive a full refund, minus the cost of your deposit.

Less than 30 days before program start; No refunds will be made. In certain circumstances payments may be applied towards future programs.
