 There are many reasons that people decide to attend one of our retreats or programs:  change of job, new marriage or the ending of a marriage, or simply a good friend saying “have you ever thought about a Vision Quest?”
For all of the individual reasons that people choose to take part, there is one common thread:

People come to Journeys because they want to slow down, to hear the sounds of the forest, and hear the quiet voice of their own heart.  The quiet voice that will provide pin-point insight about who they really are, and help discern the pathway to realize their vision. 

Our programs are hard work.  Heart-work, and soul-work is not easy, and it brings with it surprises that you never expected, commitments that are difficult to achieve, and personal discipline.  That’s why our programs have skilled guides, trained and experienced to compassionately and lovingly keep you safe to do your work, and provide you with the tools you need to illuminate your own path.  And it’s why our programs all involve the creation of a strong community of seekers, other men and women asking their own questions, balancing  personal experience with the security and celebration of shared experience.
