Register for Adult Wilderness Quest

Form to hold place in program.

Congratulations on your decision to enroll on one of our life-affirming programs!

Because many of our programs take place in the wilderness, and because we design our programs to meet the needs of the specific individuals who enroll in them, there are several stages to our registration process.

First, Submit the Pre-Registration form at the bottom of this page.

Then, complete the application materials and submit them to info@riteofpassagejourneys.org. Find the link to the application here.

After we have read through your completed application materials we will contact you to confirm your participation and follow up with questions that we may have about you. Throughout this process please feel free to email or call the office with your questions.

Once you are accepted, we will contact you about submitting payment. A deposit ($400) or completed financial aid request will be required within two weeks of your acceptance for us to continue reserving your spot.

You are welcome to submit a financial aid application at any time.

Deposit, Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policies:

Journeys is committed to creating a safe and meaningful program for each and every participant that comes through our programs. We occasionally DO deny the admission of someone whom we believe will not be able to safely meet the demands of our programs. Also, we occasionally do expel participants that severely disrupt the safety or value of our programs. Participants who are denied admission are able to receive all but $50 of their deposit (as well as any additional tuition payment) while expelled participants will not be able to claim a refund on payment or deposit. 

 

Payment Policy: Your nonrefundable deposit ($400) or completed financial aid request will be required within two weeks of your acceptance for us to continue reserving your spot. Your balance of full payment for all courses is due six weeks before the program start date. Please take note of the exact due date in your application packet. Registrations made within six weeks of the program will require payment in full at the time of registration. Special circumstances do apply to participants who will receive Financial Aid.
