Dream Council

With Tamara Walker
"One would do well to treat every dream as though it were a totally unknown object.  Look at it from all sides, take it in your hand, carry it about with you, let your imagination play round it, and talk about it with other people."  – C.G. Jung, 1933
Please join us for an evening, 2 hours once a month, to discuss and learn about dreams in a council setting. The basis of our discussion will be from the perspective of Active Imagination, rather than dream interpretation, where we will work together to "Tend the Living Image" and "play round" a relationship with inner figures of our dreams and imaginations.
We will be building on and deepening in our discussions over the months, but you are welcome to join us as you're able.

 Tamara Walker 2017

As a 2006-2010 board member, Journeys changed me more than my wildest imaginings, giving me gifts far beyond those I could ever return.  In 2008/9 I participated in Journeys' beautiful, year-long "Art of Ritual Leadership" taught by Randy Morris, in 2011 participated in an Adult Vision Quest, and recently assisted Randy teaching Journey's weekend workshop, "The Day Dream, the Night Dream and the Life Dream"–  all life changing experiences.  Journey's influence sent me in quest of a PhD in Depth Psychology (Specialization Jungian and Archetypal psychology) at Pacifica Graduate Institute, another new journey I embraced earlier this year.  As a student of depth psychology,  I return full circle to honoring dreams and sharing their wonder with others as my way of offering something back to this community that has gifted me so much.
