You know how important the youth of the United States are. You share our commitment to providing these youth with the skills they will gain by participating in our youth programs. The largest demographic in this country will reach the age eighteen by 2016. This means that some of the most powerful people in the country are only 12 years old today.

Journeys provide these young people with the tools and self confidence needed to lead the change inevitable on the planet. Through the programs at Journeys, youth and adults alike gain an understanding of our interconnectedness with nature and the environment. They also experience firsthand the importance of each other. They learn that respectfully working together and building community is the only way forward for humanity.
