being Dreamed by the Earth

Listening to Personal and Collective Dreams & Manifesting Change

Ages 18+ |  Women’s Dreaming Workshop: Jun. 11-15, 2025 | Men’s Dreaming Workshop: Jun. 6th-10th, 2025

What if the Earth is dreaming through us? This course invites participants to explore waking dreams, sleeping dreams, and the unseen currents shaping our lives and communities. Through deep listening, ritual, and embodied practice, we engage with dreams as portals for transformation, weaving the personal and collective into a more meaningful, interconnected whole which can bring about transformative change so needed in our world today.

Why dreaming matters~

In times of ecological crisis and cultural uncertainty, dreams act as a bridge between the seen and unseen worlds, offering guidance and healing that goes beyond rational understanding. Through dreams, the Earth speaks to us, first through ego and shadow work, as the earth seeks to make our psyches whole, and then through guidance into our destiny work. Dreams reveal patterns, symbols, and wisdom that can restore our intimacy with ourselves, each other and the natural world. At a time when we are called to reimagine our place in the web of life, tending to our dreams helps us access personal and collective insights in order to align with the deeper rhythms of a healthy thriving earth community that incorporates intimacy, renewal, transformation, and reciprocity.

Statement on Gender Identity:
Gender identity is complex and unique to each of us, involving more than just the identities of girl/woman and boy/man. We seek to bring balance by honoring and making space for all genders inside and outside of this binary. We strive to create safe spaces to support the voices of those often marginalized. We  seek to acknowledge the individual journey of every participant as they explore their own identity.  We affirm authentic expression of gender identity, including transgender, non-binary, gender fluid, agender and cisgender. We envision a world that recognizes and celebrates the unique identity of everyone.

Note on gender-specific programs:

  • Our female oriented programs welcome all who identify as female, trans female, and non-binary people, knowing this journey is a program through the female lens.

Our male oriented programs welcome all who identify as male, trans male, and non-binary, knowing this journey is a program through the male lens.

Women Dreaming Workshop

June 11th-15th, 2025

Facilitated by: Jenny Macke & Team

We will gather together as women have done for generations to listen, weave dream tales, move with the wisdom of deep connection with the land. There is a depth to what the world is dreaming which takes time to hear. So we will slow down, go at the pace of our bodies, souls and hearts. In this we root our trust that something different can happen and is happening.  We are being asked to be death doula’s of the old and birthing doulas of evolving visions. The call is to not do it alone, but interconnected and woven in a women’s collective dreaming.  We will support each other, inspire each other and be in deep dream time, rooted with loving care for ourselves and this planet.

Men Dreaming Workshop

June 6th-10th, 2025

Facilitated by: Elias Serras, Randy Morris and Gregory Estes

This program is empowered by the understanding that we are in a time of radical reimagination of the future of this earth as well as our role as protectors, stewards, fathers, and elders-in-training. In our time together, we will call upon technologies of belonging to listen, heal, and invest in more life-affirming possibilities for ourselves and all our relations. These practices include collective incubation and dreaming!  What is the Earth dreaming through us? How can we weave our dreams together for collective empowerment and creativity? What rituals will support us in becoming more attentive land listeners, stewards and protectors?

What You’ll Experience/Practices will include:

  • Cultivating and/or deepening our dream practice

  • Seeding dreams to invite conversations we are longing to have

  • Dream recall and journaling

  • Dream tending - one-on-one practice with a guide, as well as collective dream sharing and weaving practices with the group

  • Nature connection exercises for deepening relationship with the earth

  • Creative expression and embodiment of dreams to bring to life what is unearthed, letting ourselves be guided by the earth to listen deeply and develop together responses to what we hear

  • 2-day dream incubation ceremony/ritual for the dreaming of the earth

  • Incorporation process to bring home wakeful actions and instructions from this deep dream time

Each Soulful Spaceholding and Leadership course is built around five key elements, designed to transform spaceholding and leadership from the inside out:

  1. Deepening Connection to the Natural World – Shifting from ego-driven leadership to an eco-centered approach by drawing wisdom from connection to nature. Each course weaves in practices that strengthen our relationship with the living world.

  2. Embodied Spaceholding – Moving beyond logic-driven leadership to a more holistic, body-aware approach. Through somatic practices, participants will develop practices to enhance resilience, presence, and the ability to lead with both strength and sensitivity.

  3. Inner Depth Work – Redirecting focus from external achievements to deeper personal alignment and meaning. By exploring the inner landscape, leaders cultivate clarity, authenticity, and a stronger sense of purpose based on their unique gifts in the world.

  4. Embracing the Sacred & the Unknown – Letting go of the need for certainty and learning to trust what unfolds. This component encourages leaders to engage with mystery, intuition, and practices that reveal the unseen possibilities that can shape meaningful change.

  5. Leadership in Action – Moving from self-focused ambition to spaceholding and leadership in service of both human and more-than-human communities. Passion becomes purpose, and leadership becomes an act of care and commitment to the world.
