Our voice is an important instrument that connects us with the life energy of the Earth. Each voice has a unique frequency through which we can tap into our creativity as well as ancestral support. This workshop helps you access your unique voice with more confidence and joy in your daily life, in singing or speaking.

We will open our hearts to the natural elements and ask them to guide our vocal exploration. We will invite the inner wilderness to awaken in our body and initiate our voice as a sacred instrument. In a safe and dynamic environment, we will play improvisational vocal games that help us overcome the barriers of fear and liberate our voice. These games will also encourage joy, trust and spontaneity in making sounds. We will also play with elements such as simple rhythms, melodies and lyrics. This is where songs like to be organically born. We will work in solo, pair or in community, experiencing the enrichment of sounding together and listening to each other.

This workshop is open to anyone who wishes to develop a rich relationship with their voice. No musical background is required to take this workshop and all are welcome.
